Your usage of Cloud File Renamer (the web service, and the content published on its blog section) is governed by the covenants of mutual trust, fair usage, ethical practices, and mutual benefit between you (the user) and Sorcim Technologies (Pvt) Ltd. This relationship will be governed by the following principles at all times:
- The Trial mode of Cloud File Renamer is only intended to serve as a window into the full functionality of the service, which can be unlocked by subscribing to one of the payment plans being offered
- Cloud File Renamer uses the official APIs provided by Microsoft Corp., Google LLC, Dropbox Inc. and Amazon Web Services (AWS) to access user data. These APIs are tools designed by these cloud service providers to developers worldwide for developing solutions, and employ cutting edge security protocols to safeguard user data
- Since we are an API partner of Google, you give your express consent to Google monitoring the above-mentioned APIs for product improvement purposes, and your compliance with the terms
- Sorcim Technologies (Pvt) Ltd retains absolute ownership of Cloud File Renamer (the web service), the entire mechanism to rename cloud files, all videos, images, graphics and content published on the blog section of Cloud File Renamer
- Cloud File Renamer (the web service), and any documentation that acts as support guide, user manual, videos, images, graphics, articles published on the blog and all other kinds of material present on any page of the Cloud File Renamer website is licensed to you (the user), and not sold by any means whatsoever
- Cloud File Renamer might roll out new functionality and/ or improvements to further add to its portfolio, which might require you to agree to a partially modified/ entirely new Terms of Service
- The user agrees to never use Cloud File Renamer for any commercial purposes at all, and use it solely for their personal usage. Sorcim Technologies (Pvt) Ltd reserves unchallenged rights to revoke the subscription of any user who is found to be involved in any practice that is deemed to be illegal and/ or is contrary to fair usage policies as dictated under International, National or Local laws
- Sorcim Technologies (Pvt) Ltd has undertaken all possible efforts (and will continue to do so) to ensure that Cloud File Renamer functions in a smooth manner across all the operating systems in use nowadays. However, there is a probability that some operating systems, operating system updates, antivirus solutions and/ or antivirus solution updates might either partially interfere with the proper functioning of Cloud File Renamer or totally prevent it from performing its normal operations. Sorcim Technologies (Pvt) Ltd cannot be held responsible and liable for any of the eventualities mentioned in this clause
- The user guarantees to never upload, transmit or execute a file through the server of Cloud File Renamer that can cause direct/ indirect harm to the servers of Cloud File Renamer
- Under no circumstances whatsoever shall Sorcim Technologies (Pvt) Ltd ever be held liable for any loss (monetary or in-kind) and data corruption/ data loss that takes place due to events that lie outside it's control, including the presence of virus, malware, and/ or spyware on the user’s computer system, and wrongly using the Cloud File Renamer service, or by ignoring or wrongly executing the instructions provided in the Cloud File Renamer support documentation, user guides, videos, blog articles etc
- The refund period is a flat 60 days for all subscription plans. We would like to advise all that there won’t be a refund whatsoever for users once the refund period has lapsed. Also, the refund period won’t be applicable to users who are re-subscribing to the service
- The user will be intimated via email about their membership plan’s expiry once they enter the last 7 days of their membership plan
- You can set your subscription to be renewed automatically by selecting the respective option while subscribing to a plan. You can easily modify this choice via the membership renewal email that is sent out to a user as soon as they hit the last 7 days of their membership plan
